Happy New Year!

Well here we all are... at the start of another year. It is a scary thought actually.. what will this year bring forth? A little re-cap of 2013. Started out with a beautiful wedding, with my daughter Johanna as the bride. A few months later the devastating death of my step dad, and a trip to S.Africa for the memorial. Then the birth of what was supposed to be  our second grandchild that turned out to be someone else's which resulted in my son getting a divorce..( no one could blame him).Relationships have been restored, friends have been made and lost, but the year has ended on a good note I will say. In December our little church was able to purchase a building. We feel very blessed by this and are excited to see what all the Lord has in store for us this year. So while we may go into this new year with some apprehension I can not help but thank the Lord for all that He has given us and the blessings He bestows. Happy New Year to all!
